Privacy policy. The general one.

Lehmanade uses analytics to learn how people use our websites, and keeps what you send us only to help you. We never sell your data and never see your card details.

Effective October 29, 2026 Covers the Lehmanade websites, email and every project without its own policy

1Who we are

Lehmanade LLC is a small software company registered in Texas, United States, and run by Jon Lehman. It makes apps, websites and tools for creatives and founders, including Takings, Lumen Loops, Yard AI, Sign Off and a set of Framer components. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Lehmanade LLC.

This policy applies to this website, our project websites and any Lehmanade project that does not have its own privacy policy. Where a project has its own policy, listed on our privacy page, that policy applies to the project instead.

2What we collect

  • How you use our websites. Our websites may use analytics tools that record the pages you visit, how you got there, your device and browser, your approximate location and how you interact with the page. Section 3 explains this.
  • What you send us by email. If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you put in the message. Our websites have no forms: the Contact link simply opens your own email app.
  • Purchase details. When you buy one of our products, payment is handled by Stripe, Lemon Squeezy, the App Store or the Framer Marketplace. We receive details of the order, such as your name, email address, what you bought, the amount and your country. We never receive or store your full card number.

3Analytics and cookies

Many of our websites use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how people use them, so we can fix what is confusing and improve what works. Both use cookies and similar technologies to recognise a returning browser.

  • Google Analytics measures visits: pages viewed, time on page, where visitors come from and what device and browser they use.
  • Microsoft Clarity records how visitors interact with a page, such as clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, and can replay a session so we can see where people get stuck. By default, Clarity masks what you type into form fields.

We look at this information in aggregate and do not use it to identify you. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on. Our websites keep working without them.

4How we use it

We use this information to run and improve our websites and products, to process and support your purchases, to reply to you and to keep our services secure. We do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to keep you updated.

5What we never do

  • We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
  • We do not show ads on our websites, and we do not use your information for targeted advertising.
  • We do not store your full card details.

6Services we rely on

A few companies process data on our behalf, each under its own privacy policy:

7How long we keep it

Analytics data is kept by Google and Microsoft for the retention period set in each tool, then deleted. Purchase records are kept as long as we need them for accounting and tax purposes. Emails are kept for as long as we need them to help you, and deleted when you ask. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a short period.

8Your choices and rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will reply within 30 days. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to object to our processing and to complain to your local data protection authority.

We are based in the United States, so information we receive may be processed there.

9Children

Our websites and products are made for adults running businesses. They are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we will delete it.

10Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the effective date at the top. If a change is significant, we will say so clearly on our websites before it takes effect.
